Parents, teachers and supervisors remain responsible for the safety of the children. This also applies to any damage caused by them. All this applies at all times, including special events.

Pets (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not allowed on the ferry service.

Our boats are currently not wheelchair accessible. We hope to be able to offer this option in the future.

People who would like to cycle around Muiden can take their bicycle on board. We have a limited number of places available for this. A cycling spot must be reserved in advance.

Picnicking (bring drinks/food) is not permitted on board the ferry and on Fort Island Pampus. There is a bar on board the boats where you can enjoy coffee, tea, soft drinks or something stronger. If you are coming with a group and would like to have lunch or snacks on board, please contact us. Ending the day with a buffet on board is also possible.

The skipper reserves the right not to operate the ferry service when wind force 7 Bft or other extreme weather conditions are forecast. Reservations will then be cancelled. You will be informed of this as soon as possible by one of our employees. Forteiland Pampus, Muiderslot and/or Veerdienst Amsterdam are not liable for any costs already incurred. In case of cancellation by the skipper, guests will not be charged for current reservations. The reservation can be moved to another date.
